Welcome to alinahicks.online (the “Site”), owned and operated by AH Consulting. By using this Site and booking services with Alina Hicks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

The information and services offered by Alina Hicks are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic treatment. Always consult with your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program. You participate at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or unused package sessions. In the rare event that Alina cancels, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

6. Session Conduct

Please arrive on time and be ready for your session. If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time. Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. Alina reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if inappropriate conduct occurs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including class materials, videos, and written content—is the intellectual property of Alina Hicks and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without express permission.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in any yoga or NLP session, you accept full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being. You release Alina Hicks and AH Consulting from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may result from your participation.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data. You can contact us anytime at yogaflownlp@gmail.com with privacy-related questions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be handled through local courts or mediation, as applicable.
