Hi, I’m Alina. 200HR Yoga Alliance-Certified, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Certified.
I help people reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable, joyful movement habits — even if they’ve struggled with emotional eating, burnout, or perfectionism.
I’ve been through it too: from disordered eating and overtraining to finding peace through yoga, breath work, and NLP.
